Shengli SL-86 smart variable-frequency electric spark pin-hole detector is improved and updated based on the previous SL electric spark detector, which solves the problem of poor detection effects or testing impossibility in case of a tested object which is damp, muddy or slightly conductive on the surface.
【Scope of Application】
It’s used for non-destructive testing on the insulative coating of the conductive base material (such as metal). It’s the only 0.03-30mm electric spark coating detector in China, using the smart variable-frequency high-voltage testing technology, able to detect pin holes, cracks and other defects in coatings which are unable to be found by visual testing.
The new smart variable-frequency electric spark pinhole detector is widely applied to such general areas as testing of anti-corrosion engineering, plastic sealing and concrete coating air-tightness, production and manufacture of tanks and containers, testing of fully insulated formed parts and fittings, production of pipelines, testing of adhesive, painting and enamel coatings. Even on a damp, muddy or slightly conductive object surface, this detector can also reach the maximum detection capacity and ensure the operators’ safety and the reliability of testing results to the largest extent. The dynamic integration of smart variable-frequency high-voltage testing technology and automatic output voltage control technology enables this detector to keep a stable testing voltage under an extreme condition, while the high sensitivity of the micro-processor control ensures the non-destructive testing to be realized under a proper voltage condition.
