Plant) which was set up in the year 1980 is the sole professional manufacturer in
China engaged in independent scientific development and manufacture of probe and
leakage detectors SL series for underground pipe anti-corrosive coating
featuring high anti-interference and sensitivity, novelty and
multi-functionality. It’s the first to pass the certification of ISO9001:2000
in its industry and also leads the industry in brand influence, production
capacity, and sales, even having won state-level gold, silver, high-tech
products and boutique awards. Additionally it is a member of China Gas
Association, Underground Pipeline Management Technical Committee of MOR
(Ministry of Construction), Anti-corrosion and Thermal Insulation Association
of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation), and China Academy of Corrosion
and Protection. Furthermore, China Petroleum Pipeline Materials & Equipment
Corporation and National Safety & Quality Supervision Bureau assigned
Shengli as the designated production enterprise, and listed its SL series of products
in the textbook which is used by employees of the national pipeline and the boiler
inspection departments for study and examination.

SL series of products have got a dozen of national patents. They also played an
important role in pipeline safety quality monitoring and engineering quality assurance,
and favored by pipeline customers and experts after application in such oil
fields as Daqing, Shengli, and Huabei oil fields, by such petroleum pipeline
bureaus and major gas companies as Zhengzhou, Anyang, Guangzhou, Chengdu,
TownGas, and Xin’ao Gas, as well as in such national key projects as West-East
natural gas transmission, Shaanxi-Beijing pipelines, Sebei-Xining-Lanzhou
pipelines, Zhongxian-Wuhan pipelines, and Ningbo-Shanghai-Nanjing pipelines.
